*UPDATED HOURS- Dr. Jennifer L. Forster is back from Maternity Leave as of May 12, 2009. Due to recovery from a ceaseran section Dr. Jennifer L. Forster has limited hours. In due time hours will be increased.
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: To schedule an appointment please call the office and leave a message (please include name, phone number, time and date) and a phone call will be returned to you confirming your appointment. To email an appointment request please return to the home page and click the "Request Appointment" at the bottom right of the page.
Adjusting Hours: These are the hours that the doctor has designated for chiropractic adjusting.
Non- Adjusting Hours: These are the hours the office is open but doing office administration work.
Emergency Hours: Are available upon request. (Check the office phone message for the on-call doctor.)
Please note if the doctor is called into the office for an emergency when the office is closed, there will be an additional emergency fee that is not reimbursable from your insurance.
